Bringing Up Baby was the favorite film of Soviet dictator Leonid Brezhnev. The screwball comedy was screened at the Kremlin more than 300 times from 1965-79. Brezhnev was so taken with Katharine Hepburn that he personally designed a special Red Army pantsuit for her, which was hand-delivered to the actress by Andrei Gromyko in 1975.
